PAYMENT PLAN
Distance students may initially pay 50% of the tuition for the course selected, including texts. The balance is due within 60 days. All other fees must be paid in full. The student’s balance may not exceed $300.00 at any time without prior consent by Christian International School of Theology.
Any payment which is not received within 60 days will be considered late, and a $20.00 late payment fee will be added. Any time a payment becomes at least 30 days past due, Christian International School of Theology has the right to declare the entire outstanding balance due and payable immediately. Failure to exercise this right shall not prevent its
exercise in the future.

SPOUSE'S DISCOUNT
Christian International offers a spouse’s discount program which enables the spouse of a degree student to deduct 25% from his/her tuition fee while they are both active students (see page 79 for details on active student status). This discount does not apply to enrollment, bookkeeping or other fees, or textbook costs. Both husband and wife must be active students for the discount to apply. It is Christian International School of Theology desire to see more husband and wife participation in dedicated study of the Word of God, and we highly encourage each couple to seek the Lord prayerfully on
this matter.

GRADUATION
Those graduating are charged a fee of $50.00 to cover the cost of processing and closing the file, preparing the degree, etc. Graduation is held in April each year in Santa Rosa Beach, Florida. For distance student graduates who wish to participate in a live commencement exercise, please contact Christian International School of Theology regarding the graduation ceremony.

TRANSCRIPTS
Transcript requests must be made in writing and must include the address where the transcript is to be sent. There is a fee of $5.00 for each copy to be paid in advance.

SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES
Shipping and handling will be charged as a flat rate per course as follows:
Domestic (USA) $10.00 Mexico & Canada $12.00 Other Foreign $10.00 plus actual shipping charges Course materials will be shipped by the carrier or mail service of Christian International School of Theology choosing unless the student specifically requests a particular service. Shipping methods available are: U.S. Mail and UPS. Expedited delivery service by Federal Express or UPS is available for the rate shown above plus the actual shipping charge.

COURSES LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT
Christian International School of Theology is not responsible for the mail services’ delivery of your completed course. The U.S. mail services have an excellent track record, but on rare occasions parcels arrive damaged or are lost in transit. It is the student’s responsibility to keep a copy of their work in such a case. Christian International School of Theology cannot award a grade for a course we have not seen and evaluated. If a backup copy does not exist, the student will be sent a blank course to do over for a nominal fee. It is recommended that the student send us their completed course by a trackable means such as certified mail, UPS, or Federal Express. RE-EVALUATION FEE
Those requiring to have their curriculum re-evaluated (due to additional transcripts submitted, change of degree program, or any other reason) are charged a $50.00 re-evaluation fee.
